With an end, Velcro sealed, pouch for a slim cell phone, a front zippered compartment and back open pocket,

The inside of the bag has a large zippered compartment and the front of that compartment
has two zippered sections, two open pockets and three pen holder pockets.
The permanently attached shoulder strap can be shortened to make this into a handbag, or lengthened to make it into a shoulder bag.
