Refund on shipping costs

We normally refund shipping costs on returns that result from an error on our part, or are due to damages incurred in transit.

Items damaged in transit

If anyitems appear to have been damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately. Please be ready to describe the damage to items and shipping boxes.
