This unusual pewter horse necklace features two rearing horses and a Celtic knot design. To the Celts of Ancient Ireland, the horse was not only a friend in times of peace and war, but also a symbol of masculine power and as such, was frequently to adorn their weapons, homes and clothing. The pendant measures just over 2" high by 1.5" wide and is mounted on a black neck cord that can be adjusted and knotted to the length you prefer. Comes mounted on recycled card with a brief history about the Celtic Horse.
